Backround

Elliot has received tutelage from many world famous instructors during his career as a musician.  He has received instruction from Gordon Webster (The Queen of England’s former personal bagpiper), his wife Lezlie Webster (A professional bagpiper originating from Canada), Ed Neigh (One of the most renowned pipers in Canada), Jimmy McIntosh (Former Scottish Arts director at Carnegie Mellon University), James “Jimmy” Bell (Director of Scottish Arts at Lyon College, Professional Bagpiper of the Year in the Eastern United States in 2011), Donald Lindsay (Founder of the Oran Mor Pipe Band), Adam Holdaway (Pipe Major of the Stuart Highlanders) and Willie McCallum (Gold Medalist).  Having learned from the best, Elliot takes instruction of students very seriously.  Whether it is teaching private lessons, group lessons or pipe bands, it is Elliot’s mission to pass on his experience to the next generation of eager musicians.  Catering to your needs, Elliot can also teach over SKYPE if travel arrangements or scheduling are difficult to you.
